Steve A. Jones: We found that all of the people at Bob Scott were extremely friendly and helpful. Jack answered all of our questions but never pressured us to purchase. We initially came in to look at their used inventory, but for a little bit more, we could buy new and not worry about how it was cared for. Jack showed us several Rockwood floor plans and walked us through the units on the lot. The manufacturer was just releasing the new colors and styles for 2016. Instead of Jack just pushing what they had on the lot, (because they did have a unit in stock with the colors my wife wanted) he told use that we could custom order a unit in the style and color we wanted. With Mike’s help with all of the option available, we picked what we wanted and we ordered one. Chris was great in helping us line up financing and walked us through the entire process, being very informative on what to expect. Today (10/29/15) we picked up our custom unit and instead of just running you though the features, Wee Wee took over and hour to show us all the features, answered all our questions and delivered to us a well detailed custom unit. Even the parts staff and the owner were very friendly. We would HIGHLY recommend Bob Scott RV for all of you RV needs.

Peg Wood: We just bought a camper from Bob Scott RV’s sales and worked with Cameron. He was great to work with and helped us to decide on the perfect camper for us. Chris was also a big help in finalizing the purchase of our camper. Then we spent about 2 hours with Lance who explained all the functions of the camper. Great job Lance. Super helpful. We have bought several campers but by far, this was the best experience ever.

Robin Cox: Being newbies to the RV world, we were very pleased from the time we entered the lot to leaving with our new trailer. Everyone we encountered were very patient with our many questions even before we showed intent to buy. Kevin was our first sales contact and we were impressed with his knowledge. Chris took us through our sales and was fantastic. Mike was easy to deal with. Lance in the service department was way over the top with his teaching skills and knowledge during our orientation and hook up time. (he probably thought our quest for detailed education was never going to end, but our first adventure was seamless) We also had several short, but pleasant interactions with ancillary staff.
